By joining the Union Nations Global Compact, we have assumed a firm commitment to everyone who works for us. You can read our Communication on Progress on the Global Compact website.

In line with the fundamental conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO), we support and work with unions and are committed to eliminating discrimination, inhumane treatment, slave labor, child labor, abuse, and intimidation everywhere we operate.

Around 90% of our personnel are represented by labor unions, associations, or other bodies and agreements. In the United Kingdom, we are an accredited Living Wage employer.
