Unskilled Labor:
80% of the unskilled labor will consist of residents born the department of Moquegua or those who have been married to native residents of Moquegua for at least five (5) years. This commitment was established in Agreement 5 of the Minutes dated June 27, 2012.
Skilled Labor:
The available supply in the department of Moquegua will be considered and evaluated. This commitment was also established in Agreement 3 of the Minutes dated June 13, 2012, by which Anglo American promised to provide training workshops for professionals, technicians, and workers. This commitment also forms part of Agreement 5 of the Minutes dated June 27, 12.
